What is included in a kit?
Each kit includes the materials needed to complete the project. Exact contents may vary and can be found on the individual product page.
Are your kits beginner-friendly?
Yes! Most Dear Maker kits are designed to be approachable for beginners while still being enjoyable for more experienced makers. Skill levels are listed on each product page.
Can I purchase a design as a kit, canvas, or pattern only?
Many Dear Maker designs are available in different formats, depending on the collection. Available options may include complete kits, standalone canvases, or digital patterns. Please check the product page for current availability.
Orders & shipping
When will my order ship?
We aim to ship all in-stock orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1–3 business days. Some Dear Maker products are made to order, which may require additional processing time. If a product is made to order, this will always be clearly stated on the product page.
When will my pre-order ship?
Dear Maker aims to ship all pre-orders within two weeks of purchase. Estimated shipping dates can be found on each product page and in your order confirmation email. As a small business working with thoughtfully prepared small batches, occasional delays may occur, but you will always be kept informed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Europe is currently our main focus, but we are happy to ship to other countries as well. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I return my order?
If you have an issue with your order, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help. As some Dear Maker products are made to order and prepared by hand, not all items may be eligible for return.
