At Dear Maker, every order is prepared with care. Whether you’re ordering a ready-to-ship item or a pre-order, we’re committed to getting your package to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

In-Stock Orders

We aim to ship all in-stock orders within 1–3 business days.

Some Dear Maker products are made to order and may require additional processing time. If a product is made to order, this will always be clearly stated on the product page.

Pre-Orders

Dear Maker aims to ship all pre-orders within two weeks of purchase.

Estimated shipping dates can be found on the individual product page and in your order confirmation email.

As a small business producing thoughtfully prepared small batches, occasional delays may occur. If this happens, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Shipping Destinations

Dear Maker currently ships throughout Europe and to selected destinations worldwide.

Shipping costs and available delivery options are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. If tracking is available for your chosen shipping method, you’ll also receive your tracking information.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Dear Maker is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
